You only pay when you hire. If Sherman Staffing sources a candidate and you bring them on, there's a flat per-hire fee regardless of role type. No seat license required on Tier 03, and we cover all sponsorship costs on the platforms we post to. During the founding cohort, the founder runs sourcing directly, so you get both the AI tooling and the founder's full attention on your roles. Exact fee is set during your consultation based on expected hiring volume.
Every Tier 03 placement comes with a 30-day replacement guarantee. If a candidate we sourced leaves within 30 days of their start date, we replace them at no additional fee. Full terms are covered in your engagement agreement.
Yes. Multi-facility groups often run different tiers at different sites depending on how staffed their in-house recruiting team is at each location. We'll structure the engagement around what actually fits.
Month-to-month by default on Tier 01 and Tier 02. Annual options are available with a discount. We'll walk through what fits your hiring cycle during the consultation.
Clinical and care roles across nursing homes, multi-facility groups, ABA therapy providers, and hospital systems — RNs, LPNs, CNAs, BCBAs, RBTs, and related positions. If your role type isn't on that list, ask during your consultation.
Absolutely — and many facilities do. Start with the ATS, layer in AI and automation when you're ready, and hand off sourcing when your volume or urgency demands it. There's no penalty for upgrading mid-contract.
Tier 01 and Tier 02 are month-to-month with no minimum. Tier 03 engagements are structured per-hire, so there's no subscription commitment — but most clients run a rolling engagement as hiring needs come up.
